Before working with Andy our home had been on the market solely as a building lot for about a year, and hadn’t sold.
Andy marketed it with lovely interior photos and it sold in 6 weeks! Not as a tear down, but to a family who will renovate. Yes, the price was dropped a little, but at our suggestion.

During the inspection a decommissioned oil tank was discovered on the property. Andy helped us find a company to remove the oil tank and he was on site to supervise every step of the way. Plus, the new buyers wanted numerous different inspections and visits and Andy attended every one.
